Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu Hotel La Malbaie, La Malbaie

The hotel is beautifully located with amazing views and lovely outside areas for walking. The rooms, although assigned at check-in, were disappointing as they stunk of smoke, not reflecting the grand image of the property. The service was exceptional, especially for non-French speakers like me, and the staff even left cupcakes in our room for our anniversary. The dining experience was good with a variety of hot and cold foods, although a bit pricey. Overall, a beautiful location with outstanding dining selections.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy with a nice view of the courtyard, really beautiful and impeccably maintained. The housekeeping service was terrific, and the staff was polite and very responsive. However, some staff members seemed despondent and rude at times.
